Testimonials

“My child has benefitted and grown from being in a Montessori environment. Angie is highly experienced, calm and a great listener. My child settled very easily and happily into her setting. I am very happy that I chose both Montessori and Angie for her”
Anamarie, mum to Naty

" I couldn’t speak more highly of Angie, she is the most calm, compassionate and loving person.
When trying to find someone suitable for my little girl, first time ever leaving her with someone, she had her settling in sessions with Angie and from there I knew this was the place for my daughter.
I saw a different side to her she was just absorbing so much, learning, creating, she had the freedom to express herself and has so much fun there, to the point that she doesn’t even notice when I leave. This as a parent, made the transition so much easier knowing she was in the best hands and my daughter felt safe there. Every parents dream!

"When we met Angie, we were sure she would be the perfect person to take care of and guide our child in his learning, we could tell she was an experienced early years teacher, passionate about the Montessori approach as she had a huge knowledge about it. For me talking to her, it was like she knew everything that I had read about this method of education, it was an open book about Montessori. During the first visit, she was able to connect with our son. He was engaged, confident and concentrated on the activity he had chosen by himself. She is a gentle teacher who observes and provides what our child needs, according to his development and interests. Angie is always respectful, calm, flexible, and approachable. Since my son started with her Montessori childminding (now preschool), he feels happier; he laughs, smiles more, his autonomy has improved and he has started speaking with other children. We will love to see his progress in Little Seeds Montessori preschool. We are very lucky that our child has this amazing opportunity."

I am so so pleased that we have Lilly with you and you had the space to take her. You are the exact right fit for her.
Everything you do is exactly what we wanted for her and we love that she learns not only the traditional educational activities (colours, numbers, and letters) but also practical real life skills which will benefit her for the rest of her life.
We would love Lilly to continue with you - you are amazing and we love her being with you. I am sure she will only continue to benefit from a preschool setting.

"Theodore is a different child since starting at your setting. We are intending on him being with you until he starts school. He has progressed so much and loves his days with you"
Amy, Mum to Theodore
"When E came to Montessori at Home she was very shy with other children, new situations and found it difficult in loud, busy environments. The Montessori ethos of treating every child as an individual was absolutely brilliant for E and helped her to come out of her shell. Angie is very communicative, honest and I trust her to look after my child to a high standard. She keeps us updated with E’s progress too. It is lovely to read about all the things E has been learning and playing whilst in Angie’s care. If you have a child that needs a bit of extra support and understanding then attending this setting and working closely with Angie will really help your child to flourish! My child has attended a few different childcare settings over the years and Montessori at Home is the most caring and nurturing of them all"
Rachel, mum to E

After our initial visit to look round, we didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere as it seemed clear that this space would offer R exactly what she needed. We felt that the additional travel time was worth it – we are about 4 miles away. During her time with Angie our child has grown almost beyond recognition. R has become more confident and learned so many things. She has learned to place her own boundaries with other children as well as counting to 5 in Spanish, doing sums, writing her first letters and learning the planets in order! These are things we could never have offered R and her previous childcare setting was not set up for. It has been so wonderful to take a child brimming with excitement and eagerness to school every time. There have been no tears at the door, very few upsets of any sort and those which have inevitably arisen, have been well handled by Angie. R has absolutely thrived and blossomed in the environment of this ‘school’ and it has been a joy to watch. We are so grateful to have found Montessori at Home right at the start of our journey into nursery education/childcare for our daughter.
